adidas Originals dropped the NMD R1 Primeknit silhouette late last year to much acclaim, but we’ve hardly had a chance to wear our pair in and the German sportswear giant is already prepping a followup: the NMD_R1 Primeknit.Blending the design of the Adidas NMD Runner with the most advanced elements in adidas’s arsenal, the NMD_R1 is constructed from a lightweight Primeknit textile upper in an "allover noise" graphic with welded tape structural overlays. Rounding the design off are tonal three-stripes that sit atop the trainer’s distinctive midsole with EVA inserts.It wasn’t that long ago since we first got an official look at the NMD, here’s your chance for a double-take. Just a week after giving the Adidas NMD Runner a slick "Black Camo" makeover, adidas has dropped new iterations of the NMD_1 silhouette in three vicious new colorways.The pack contains three shoes featuring Adidas NMD R1"Black/Chalk White,"Adidas NMD R1"Lush Red/Black,"Adidas NMD R1"Black/White" uppers, respectively. All of which sit on top of a white Boost sole with white plugs and tonal detailing. As always, the shoes are clean, lightweight and ideally suited for warmer climates this summer. The highlight of the pack is undoubtedly the lush, blood-red colorway.
The Cheap Adidas NMD Primeknit City Sock Core Black is scheduled to release in September of this year however no official date or price tag has been announced. Adidas NMD R1 PK Primeknit Olive Camo Cargo Black US Size 10 We’ve seen a heavy deluge of adidas NMD colourways lately. And the variations keep coming, after a torrent of tonal NMD_R1 drops it looks adidas will release another patterned version of the taller City Sock. The latest version looks like a toned down sibling of the White and Core Black model from earlier in the year, this time with subtle grey lines running in parallel patterns across the Primeknit upper. Expect this ankle hugger to be an internet melting, line inducing instigator when it goes live. Adidas NMD R1 PK Primeknit Triple White Size 11 Monochrome The ADIDAS ORIGINALS NMD_C1 CHUKKA sees a new style of one of the models of the moment introduced to the world in a couple of colourways.Much like we saw with the ZX Flux a couple of years ago, ADIDAS aren’t resting on their laurels with the success of the first style of NMD, but are instead evolving the model into many different styles. The latest iteration to be revealed is the NMD_C1 CHUKKA, which sees the upper constructed in a single piece of suede, that comes in a choice of Red or Core Black. The signature bold heel strap remains, with the Chalk White branding providing a bit of contrast to the uppers and tying in perfectly with the Boost soles that sit below. As a finishing touch the midsole supports are both finished in Red or Black, to match the respective uppers. The model is a bit of an oxymoron, with its mix of smart boot and sports-shoe styling, but they manage to balance each other very nicely.
